The design idea of breaking a block of rough wood, which has come floating down to the beach where the waves push against the rocks, broken tables and block party. “Playing with the volumes, where two buckets fold creates an explosion that contrasts with the horizontal, is the space where it becomes transparent solid, a break in the completely geometric, which makes organic” Pieta-Linda Auttila. The building is composed of pine, birch and spruce and is a perfect sample of the versatility of wood and its applications in the field of architecture and construction. The building consists of two rooms at the ends and an atrium in the center.
