Development of spaces for the Utopian hotel

At first i was considering 6 compartments into three distinct spaces but it looked too clumsy so i decided to separate each space instead. We are considering these for the rooms as they are quite enclosed for privacy.

I attempted to use the same shapes as the rooms in the circular area and rotate it in the same manner as a clover leaf, but i realized that the space created by the facade was not used up efficiently when the clover-like shapes were incorporated.

So instead i made two open levels inside that area, as i already have plenty of closed spaces and keeping open areas corresponds better to the idea of utopia. Three more open levels were then made on the other side of the hotel. The next four images are a anti-clockwise rotation of the hotel.
